Some conditions to know about Voyageur rates:
- The lowest Voyageur rates must be bought in advance (with a minimum of 30 days, 10 days, 7 days, prior to the departure for certain rates).
- Some Voyageur rates are published during peak and low seasons.
- Booking, issue and payment of the air- tickets must be done simultaneously, and at latest 72 hours prior to departure.
- Some minimum and maximum stay requirements are applicable depending on the destination and/or the obligation to spend a night from Saturday to Sunday in that destination.
- Changes and cancellations are subject to penalties or are restricted depending on the specific rate.
- These rates are proposed depending on the seat availability on the flights and dates requested. For more information on the conditions relating to your purchase, please consult our rate conditions or call Air France on the 230 202 67 47 .

Air France proposes to young persons of 12 to 24 years old inclusive, a whole range of reduced rates, which can be modified and reimbursed, subject to certain conditions, on all our international destinations. Online Booking are available between 6 hours before departure and 10 months as from your connection time. You may effect a booking of up to 9 passengers (adults and children), each adult being able to be accompanied by a baby travelling on his knees. The baby must be at least 2 years old and the adult more than 18 years old.You can buy tickets online for trips departing from Mauritius and other country towards all destinations of Air France. Some flights may be operated in collaboration with an airline partner, in which case, you will be travelling on board of the aircraft of another company bearing the Air France flight number. The name of that company will be available during your booking, either by clicking on the flight number (express reservations and reservation on promotions), or by clicking on OP (found on the flight number in the profile reservation area).

Your booking file is registered once you insert your credit card number and click on "confirmed". It is important to follow the process to obtain the message "flight booked" as well as the number of your booking file. You will also receive confirmation by email with a recap of all your flight details.
As long as you do not insert your credit card number, you will be able to access seat availability and rates without booking a seat.

The Voyageur Rate: We offer a selection of our best Voyageur rates presently available in our list of promotions. You may also look for the cheapest available rates by choosing the "eco (the least expensive)" option on our booking search engine.
The "Eco (flexible)" option allows you to buy ticket which can be modified and reimbursed without penalty.
Alizé: Choose "Alizé" in the online booking search engine.
L'Affaires: Access to the booking area is done through the heading "member bookings".

You may cancel your booking during your connection.
- Booking modifications are possible through the "your bookings" plug-in. You may also contact Air France on the 230 202 67 47 . However, some of our rates cannot be changed or refunded after their issue.

service charges are seperate from the ticket price and collected when the ticket is issued. These service charges reflect the service rate based on the chosen mode of distribution and are relative with the value of the trip.

The Electronic ticket is practical and user friendly. You only need to present yourself at the check-in counter of your flight, with your chosen mode of identification (Flying Blue card, Young Persons, Member or bank card) as well as your identity papers. It is important to keep your "trip memo" and your email confirmation. Each passenger will have to present this at the check-in counter.

OP: abbreviation for "operated" which means that an Air France flight is operated by a partner airline with who it has a commercial agreement.

Code-sharing: Air France has teamed up with other airlines to operate flights jointly under a shared code, thus offering even more destinations and frequencies. Flights are operated under both Air France and the partner's flight number.

Franchised flights: Air France franchises the routes of several airlines under the name " Air France By", offering several connections within France and Europe with Brit Air, British European, City Jet, Compagnie Corse Méditéranée, Proteus Airlines and Régional. These companies operate under Air France livery and use AF flight numbers. In-flight service is up to Air France standards, adapted to the routes and the aircraft size. These franchised flights offer you direct and frequent links completing Air France's own network.

Air France guarantees a secure payment using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology in this website to encrypt the purchase transaction. SSL works by encrypting all communications between your computer and our server so that the information cannot be intercepted. You hence have the assurance to purchase your ticket in confidentiality and safely. An online bank clearance request is made systematically. In case of negative reply from your bank, the purchase will not be completed. You will be informed by an error message.

To be accepted for travel, all tickets (including electronic tickets) must be used in full and in the sequential order of the coupons, in accordance with Article III paragraph 3 of Air France's general conditions of carriage, except with the carrier's prior consent

Your personal data compiled during the reservation process (surname, first name, e-mail,...) will be used for the sole purpose of placing and carrying out your order (buying and selling air tickets) online. Without your consent, Air France will not be able to continue the selling procedure and the transaction will be impossible.

Air France shall:
- Actively protect unauthorised access to personal data stored in its computers;
- Refrain from communicating, selling or providing access in any way personal data collected via our booking system to outside companies or organisations;
- Not use your personal data for commercial or promotional purposes, except if you have accepted that certain customised data is sent to you by Air France or if you subscribed to our electronic newsletter.

Please note that it is your responsibility to determine and obtain whatever documentation that is required, so make sure that you prepare your trip well in advance. Please contact the appropriate embassy or consulate. Passport holders from certain countries may require visas to enter or transit France and/or other countries.
